Schedule: Multiple shift (Day, Night and Rotational) - One day off in a week

Salary Range: INR 15,000.00 - 24,000.00 per month (earning depends on complete orders)

What You’ll do :

Roles And Responsibilities for Fresher Customer Care job in Aizawl :

• Listen to customer concerns, issues and questions.
• Give a solutions to customer concerns and answer customer questions to your best ability

• Open new Aizawl customer accounts
• Refer issues and questions to manager

Qualifications for Call Center jobs in Aizawl

• Graduated freshers/ Undergraduates can apply
• Excellent and fluent communication skills Hindi & English
• 0 to any experience in customer support center jobs
• Age Criteria: 18 to 38
