Job Type: Full-time / Regular
Schedule: Multiple shifts (Day, Night, and Rotational) - One day off per week
Education: Undergraduate / Graduate
Salary Range: INR 15,000.00 - 24,000.00 per month (Earnings depend on completed orders)
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Support Executive in Alappuzha, you will:
- Interact with customers, address their concerns, answer questions, and assist them with their needs.
- Handle account inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide support for various issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude and respond calmly to customer concerns in Gujarat.
- Open new customer accounts in Alappuzha.
- Refer unresolved issues and questions to the manager.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- 0 to any level of experience in customer support roles.
- Age criteria: 18 to 38 years.
Additional Information:
- Domestic Voice Process.
- 6 days working (Rotational or Fixed Sunday).
- Salary depends on the process, education, and performance in the interview.
