We are expanding and seeking a Customer Support Executive in Jammu to manage incoming and outgoing calls for customer concerns in Gujarat. This role is perfect for freshers who are energetic and enthusiastic about starting a career in a call center.

Post: Customer Support Executive - Call Center
Location: Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir
Job Type: Full-time / Regular
Schedule: Multiple shifts (Day, Night, and Rotational) - One day off per week
Education: Undergraduate / Graduate
Salary Range: INR 15,000.00 - 24,000.00 per month (Earnings depend on completed orders)

 

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Support Executive in Jammu, you will:

  • Interact with customers, address their concerns, answer questions, and assist them with their needs.
  • Handle account inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide support for various issues.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and respond calmly to customer concerns in Gujarat.
  • Open new customer accounts in Jammu.
  • Refer unresolved issues and questions to the manager.

 

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • 0 to any level of experience in customer support roles.
  • Age criteria: 18 to 38 years.

 

Additional Information:

  • Domestic Voice Process.
  • 6 days working (Rotational or Fixed Sunday).
  • Salary depends on the process, education, and performance in the interview.
