Job Details:

The Global Head Process & Quality will define and implement innovative approaches to improve quality through new technologies and methods. This position will focus on driving ongoing process improvement efforts and ensuring standardized development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional leadership in Quality and Process Engineering
• Lead the Quality Assurance Council
• Implement new technologies and methods to enhance project agility
• Drive process improvement initiatives in product engineering
• Establish pragmatic quality engineering best practices

Requirements:

• 17-25 years of experience in Product Engineering/Engineering Services
• Expertise in Agile quality assurance approaches
• Proven track record of leading high-quality teams
• Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Master?s degree preferred
