We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Coordinator in Ajmer for our Canada process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the ability to coordinate tasks efficiently across teams.
Job Title: Operation Coordinator (Canada Process)
Shift Time: Night Shift - 6 PM to 4 AM (Monday to Friday)
Work Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective coordination for the Canada process by managing day-to-day operations.
- Maintain smooth communication between different teams and departments.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
- Track and monitor processes to ensure all tasks are completed as per deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Fluent communication and writing skills in English
- Proactive approach to task coordination
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Should be from Ajmer - or nearby location,
- Should have own vehicle- to travel at home at early morning
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
