We are hiring for Female Receptionists in Adoor to manage Desk Admin work at one of Multi Speciality Hospital located in Adoor. Receptionist at Hospital are generally manage all tasks at Front Desk of patients arriving area and responsible for new file creation, data entry, cash collection and manage incoming calls.

 

Position: Receptionists cum Admin Required in Adoor

Office Location: Adoor Kerala

Job type : Full-time

Job function:  Administration - Front Desk

Preference: Female preferred but anyone with ready to work in admin can apply. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities for Female Receptionist job in Adoor

  • Maintaining the reception and office main/front desk,
  • Managing the doctor operation schedules/ Adoor patients meeting and Visits etc
  • Updating the Excel and register on daily basis
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as manage files, reports, lab tests, x-rays etc,
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Handle incoming calls, feedback and enquires from patients

  • Mandatory: Ms Excel
  • Qualification: 12th Pass and Above


General:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Verbal and written English communication skills
