Job Details:

The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for managing storage facilities, monitoring and reporting on their performance, and maintaining fiber channel switches and SAN/NAS arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage storage facility operations efficiently.
• Monitor and report on storage facility performance.
• Maintain fiber channel switches and SAN/NAS arrangements.
• Coordinate with vendors to replace damaged parts.
• Ensure software and firmware are up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT services.
• Expertise in Synology Nas and NetApp.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
