We are hiring a Weekend Cashier cum Billing Executive for a busy and customer-focused restaurant in Diu Daman and Diu. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry and be skilled in handling billing operations, front desk customer service, and POS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Diu customers warmly and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Take dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders accurately through POS/manual methods.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy and responsibility.
- Issue receipts, manage returns and provide correct change to customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the billing and front counter area.
- Resolve basic customer concerns politely and promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and cashiering protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (10th Pass) or higher (Preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a cashier, billing, or front desk work in a restaurant at Diu or F&B environment.
- Languages: Hindi (Preferred), English (Preferred).
- Location: Diu, Daman and Diu (Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work).
