Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome Pimpri customers, answer their queries, and assist with orders.
• Take food and drink orders, serve customers, and ensure a great experience.
• Handle billing and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Cafe, including setting up and clearing tables.
• Manage bookings/appointments and respond to phone and email inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with 0-1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service in Pimpri Maharashtra.
• Skills Required:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Can talk in local language of Pimpri or Hindi or English
